Fast and reliable signal search

The HD 7 Combo satellite meter can be used to measure television and radio signals. It offers precise measurement for satellite, cable / terrestrial television (including DVB-T2 HD). Digital radio measurements can also be carried out with the DAB/DAB+ measurement. The entire housing is made of robust, high-quality aluminum, into which an 8.9-inch color touch-screen display has been integrated. As a small highlight, there is an LED light on the back of the housing to calibrate the system even in weak lighting conditions. Operation is child's play with the clear and clearly structured menu. All measurement functions are easy to access and almost self-explanatory.

Large signal level display and live TV playback

To align a mirror, first consider the signal level and quality. You can switch this to a large display by pressing the magnifying glass symbol in order to make optimal use of the display on the display.

In order to then check the TV picture live, the measuring device offers an integrated receiver. It is possible to play all free-to-air digital programs in SD, HD and UHD. Furthermore, a channel list with the most common programs is pre-installed, which you can also adapt to your individual needs. If stations or frequencies change, you can search for them via the menu.

Spectrum and constellation analysis

To assess the signal from the satellite system and analyze any reception errors, use spectrum analysis. You will find errors more quickly and can quickly align the satellite system for the best possible reception.

Constellation analysis offers a further look at satellite reception to assess the signal and rule out sources of error. You can immediately see visually whether the signal arrives bundled or scattered. Furthermore, additional measurement data such as dBm, CNR, BER can be shown on the display.

Angle calculation, compass and satellite detection for quick alignment

The integrated compass and angle calculation helps you determine the vertical and horizontal angle of the antenna, because the elevation and azimuth change depending on the location. Simply enter the location data and the measuring device will quickly calculate the appropriate angle settings for the mirror. This makes it easier to find the desired satellite.

With automatic satellite detection (NIT), you will immediately see which satellite you are on. This means that minute-long alignment attempts are a thing of the past.

Power battery and lots of accessories

The integrated power battery offers up to 4 hours of operation. It is charged with a normal 230V power supply or with the included car charging adapter in the car. The included protective cover with carrying strap protects the measuring device from dirt and splash water. Save the measurement data on a USB stick for later analysis. The program list can also be exported via USB and future firmware updates can be installed.
